As a CEO Trainee, you will work closely with Dustin’s CEO for one year. The role involves challenging and varied tasks with a high degree of responsibility from day one. It includes close collaboration with the CEO, CFO and Group Leadership Team and contact with the Board of Directors. You will learn about decision making on the highest level and gain valuable insights on how a growing listed company is managed by taking part in various projects and processes across Dustin. With the right attitude, you get the tool set needed for a successful career within a leading IT Partner.

As a Finance Trainee at Dustin, you will be part of both the Accounting and Business Control teams, giving you invaluable insights about how a European Finance department works. From your first day, you will get your own group wide areas of responsibilities, and actively contribute to a range of high impact projects and initiatives, which will make you learn the Dustin business and organisation. Given that Dustin is a listed company and a leading online IT partner in the Nordics and the Benelux , you will learn finance from several perspectives. A keen analytical mindset and an interest in finance is key to succeeding in this role.

As a COO Trainee, you will work closely with Dustin’s COO for one year. You will be at the forefront of our company's operations, gaining invaluable experience and insights related to our Private label, key vendors and distributors, delivery and many other areas within our Supply chain. Under the guidance of the COO, you will have opportunities to observe and learn from seasoned professionals, gaining leadership and management skills that are crucial for career advancement. You will be entrusted with projects that directly impact the company's operations. This hands-on experience will enable you to refine your project management skills and contribute to your own and Dustin’s growth.

As the SMB Trainee, you will work with our small and medium-sized businesses with up to 500 employees and how we make IT as hassle free as possible across all our markets. You will be given the opportunity to develop yourself, our team and our business. You will drive and be part of exciting projects and initiatives across our various functional and geographical teams to drive results. You will work closely with our SMB leadership team and be part of Business Development & Analytics. With around 120,000 B2B and 250,000 B2C customers, our SMB segment is highly online- and data driven. As the LCP trainee, you will work with the largest contracts of Dustin Group and collaborate with people throughout the value chain, both internally and externally. The LCP segment serves Large Corporations with over 500 employees as well as Public organisations. Guided by the expertise of the EVP of Large Corporate & Public (LCP), you will take part in high-level meetings and travel to the local country offices, gaining career advancing leadership and management skills. As the People & Culture trainee, you will have the unique opportunity to experience how it is to run a business-driven HR organisation. You will work closely with our EVP for People & Culture and her leadership team for one year. During your trainee period, you will actively contribute to business-focused HR practices, working in collaboration with HR Business Partners and specialist teams. You will be part of projects that encompass employee engagement, diversity, and HRIS development across the Group. This hands-on experience will enable you to grow not only as a person but also build valuable business experiences.

As a MarCom trainee you will get the opportunity to explore the various dimensions of customer, employee, media and investor communication in a listed company. Reporting directly to the EVP of Marketing & Communication, you will be involved in a range of high-impact marketing projects and communication initiatives and take a leading role for certain projects. With our ambitious goal of becoming climate neutral by 2030 and being a leading online based IT-partner in the Nordics and the Benelux you will get to deepen and develop your insights of B2B & B2C marketing and corporate communication. Good communication skills combined with a commercial mindset is key to succeed in this role.
