Commitments & memberships

Dustin’s sustainability and corporate responsibility efforts builds on international guidelines and principles. These voluntary commitments are incorporated into Dustin’s Code of Conduct and Dustin’s Supplier Code of Conduct. We are also a member of selected organisations and initiatives to collaborate cross boarders, learn and jointly achieve improvements and change. Here are some of our commitments and memberships.

Responsible Business Alliance

Since 2018 we have been a member of Responsible Business Alliance (RBA). RBA is the world’s largest industry coalition dedicated to corporate social responsibility in global supply chains.

The guidelines cover areas such as employment and industrial relations, human rights, environment, information disclosure, combating bribery, consumer interests, science and technology.

Global Compact

We are also members of the UN Global Compact, a voluntary initiative based on commitment to implement universal sustainability principles and to take steps to support UN goals, since 2013.

By our participation, we commit to apply to the UN Global Compact’s ten principles in the business strategy and operations and to catalyse business action in support of UN goal and issues with emphasis on collaboration and collective action.

OECD Guidelines

The OECD Guidelines are recommendations providing the principles and standards for responsible business conduct for multinational corporations operating in or from adhering countries.

The guidelines cover areas such as employment and industrial relations, human rights, environment, information disclosure, combating bribery, consumer interests, science and technology.

International Labour Organization

International Labour Organization (ILO) is United Nation’s agency with the purpose to advance social justice and promote decent working conditions by setting international labour standards. Our Code of Conduct and Supplier Code of Conduct are based on ILO’s fundamental conventions (87, 98, 29, 105, 138, 182, 100, 111) and related declarations as well as recommendations.

Mitt Liv

In 2017 Dustin entered a partnership with "Mitt Liv" and their mentorship program "Mitt Livs Chans", which support a more inclusive workplace and labor market.

Dustin is a part of this program in order to support a more inclusive workplace where we respect each other based on our qualities, skills and values. By actively working with diversity it offers us access to different perspectives and in this way, we can challenge ourselves and drive the business forward. We believe that employees who reflect society as a whole help us respond better towards our customers.

Institutet Mot Mutor

Our Business Ethics Guideline have been developed based on the Business Code issued by Institutet mot Mutor, IMM.
