How does Dustin keep you moving?
Previously I worked at Vincere Group in the Netherlands, who has become part of Dustin. This means, that we have got the opportunity to collaborate more with each other. The circle of knowledge becomes larger and larger. This keeps it exciting and interesting, that I keep on learning new things.
Which type of person do you think would thrive working at Dustin?
People who can work independently and want to move forward. Working at Dustin, it is important that you like to have fun. And of course, you need to thrive with the fast speed in order to keep up with the development of IT.
What do you like best about your job?
The best thing is, that I get to create beautiful things together with my colleagues – both for our customers and internally. In many cases, you face a lot of challenges, but it gives me energy when I see everything succeed in the end. I also like that I am able to work with the latest techniques that customers often do not know about yet. When we can solve our customers’ challenges with these new techniques, that makes me happy.

How does Dustin keep you moving?
Dustin acquired the Dutch company Centralpoint in 2021. Because of the size of this acquisition, the entire organisation is in full transition mode. This challenges everyone to think critically about where we are and where we are going. It keeps me sharp, invites me to challenge the status quo and enables me to grow professionally.
Why should someone choose to work at Dustin?
I would say the biggest thing (in our team anyway) is the work-life balance. There is a real respect for work-life balance and personal time. From a technical perspective, we are working with the newest tools and techniques, which is great for people who want to develop and grow.
What do you like best about your job?
Besides the work-life balance, we have an amazing team full of very knowledgeable people. This makes sharing and learning a very natural thing.
