Portrait Elin DjurenElin Djurén – Sustainability Controller (Sweden)

Working at Dustin since 2022

How does Dustin keep you moving?

At Dustin, you have endless opportunities to not only explore new topics but also learn from very inspiring colleagues. For example, I started as Business Controller Sustainability and then took on the role of Acting Environmental Manager while my colleague was on parental leave. In this role, I got the opportunity to deep-dive more into environmental topics. Now I am part of a newly formed Sustainability Reporting team and am able to continue working on some of the projects from my past role while also collaborating closely with others in the Sustainability team on meaningful initiatives that will drive a significant long-term impact for the company.

Why do you think someone should choose to work at Dustin?

If you’re eager to expand your knowledge and like working with open-minded people, Dustin is a great place that will keep you moving and developing.

What do you like best about your job?

The best things about my job are that I can make a real impact through my work, and that I get to collaborate with so many inspiring colleagues. I spend a lot of my free time in nature and in the mountains. So for me, it's really important that the next generation will also be able to enjoy their beauty. In my role within the Sustainability team, I work on multiple projects, big and small, where I can make a difference. And this makes me feel proud.
