Business segments
We have divided our operations into two business segments, based on customer category. SMB (Small and Medium-sized Businesses) and LCP (Large Corporate and Public sector). We help customers in the SMB and LCP segments both through the online platform and through relationship and consultative selling.
SMB (Small and Medium-sized Businesses)
We define the SMB segment as small and medium-sized businesses with up to 500 employees. This is our main target group and the focus for the development of our customer offering. We have a complete offering of products, services and solutions with related support.
LCP (Large Corporate and Public)
We define LCP as larger companies with more than 500 employees and the public sector. We primarily offer these customers hardware and software as well as product-related services.
