Corporate Governance Report

Dustin Group AB’s (publ) Corporate Governance Report is prepared in accordance with the Swedish Corporate Governance Code and the Swedish Annual Accounts Act. The Corporate Governance Report briefly outlines how the Code has been applied during the financial year and if any deviations have been made from the Code. The Corporate Governance Report forms part of the Director’s Report and is reviewed by the company’s auditor, whose report is available as part of the Auditor’s Report.
