Do you want to play an important role in ensuring that we always have the best offerings available for our customers? 

We have around 280.000 products and services in our offerings, and we are collaborating closely with partners and vendors to make sure we always have the best conditions and offerings in place. A key task is to support the business with proactive and trustworthy expertise in order to purchase goods or services to Dustin and our customers. We work actively with different partner programs, certifications and how to interact with our vendors to ensure we act according to our code of conduct and business ethics.

How does Dustin keep you moving? 
Working at Dustin gives me a boost of energy. I have competent colleagues and we have a world-class delivery engine which ensures that leading technology (developed by the world's best manufacturers) reaches our customers and creates happy users. I cannot ask for more. I am proud to work at Dustin.

Which type of person do you think would thrive working at Dustin?
We are in the middle of a digital transformation, where IT development will only take place at an even faster pace in the future. If you are motivated by helping our customers use technology to strengthen their own competitiveness, then you will thrive at Dustin.

What do you like best about your job? 
The best thing about my job is being part of a leading team that makes new technology available to people and organisations. We work on the inside in the IT transformation, which is fantastic to be part of.

How does Dustin keep you moving?
Dustin is growing rapidly, which means that working methods constantly need to be improved. As a Local Buyer, I am daily faced with new challenges where I have to find improvements to meet the customers’ and Dustin’s needs. To stay in the forefront, we need to be proactive. Working with and finding improvements means that I develop in my professional role, which gives me a lot of joy.

Which type of person do you think would thrive working at Dustin?
Someone who is driven and wants to develop in their career, always with the customer in focus. Our tools for success are a lot of individual responsibility and a lot of teamwork. At Dustin, you get an opportunity to come up with new ways of thinking and find new solutions to solve the challenges you face daily. 

What do you like best about your job?
I love the team spirit that exists at Dustin, where you really understand how each department and person contributes with their skills. I like being challenged and constantly feel that I am developing in both my role as a buyer as well as in my career. However, best of all is to feel that you make a difference for all Dustin’s customers and that is what keeps me moving.

How does Dustin keep you moving?
The best thing about being a buyer is that the profession is always in motion and never stands still! Also, at Dustin this profession is very dynamic and therefore it is never boring. You get a lot of tools to develop yourself and continue to learn every day. You work together with your team but also very independently. These things keep me moving!

Why do you think someone should choose to work at Dustin?
If you have an affinity with IT and you want to grow with us to become the IT powerhouse of Europe, I recommend joining us on this journey. I work daily with professionals who have a clear goal in mind.

What do you like best about your job?
Collaboration with various departments in the supply chain gives me a lot of energy. The freedom and the high responsibility in the work sometimes feels like I am my own entrepreneur. This makes me feel like a fish in water.
