How does Dustin keep you moving?
What makes me grow and develop is that I face new challenges (almost) every day. It keeps me moving when I am able to help or get help from a colleague and having satisfied customers.

Which type of person do you think would thrive working at Dustin?
I believe someone who likes challenges and enjoys working together would be a good fit to Dustin. Someone who likes to have fun at work and can laugh at boring "dad jokes" and is a problem-solver in challenging situations.

What do you like best about your job?
Colleagues who contact me and ask for help with both professional and private things make me happy, and customers who appreciate what we do.

Dustin keeps changing and evolving and I am developing together with the company. There is a lot of continuous learning for me.

The best thing for me about my job is, that is it super versatile and no days are the same.

At Dustin I am given the tools to do my job in the best possible way and to develop on a personal and professional level. Also, I have a lot of experienced colleagues so I can learn a lot from many different people and perspectives.

That I have to look at problems from different perspectives, and that I am in contact with a lot of different departments. This means that (almost) every day is different.
