LCP (Large Corporate and Public)

We define LCP as larger companies with more than 500 employees and the public sector. We primarily offer these customers hardware and software as well as product-related services.

Procurements and larger orders are mainly managed by the sales organisation, while regular minor orders are handled using the online platform.

Our typical LCP customer is generally a municipality or larger company. Sales are often conducted through procurements and framework agreements or following lengthy discussions with a potential customer. Larger deliveries are often supplemented with purchases by individual employees, who regularly place minor orders for specific products or accessories directly on our online platform or using their company’s intranet. The customers primarily purchase computers (including configuration), infrastructure and accessories. LCP customers often purchase a smaller share of software and standardised services compared with an SMB customer.

The LCP segment has a more volatile sales trend between quarters and years compared with SMB. It is impacted by the timing of major contracts being signed and terminated, and is dependent on when suborders are placed. The public sector is governed by procurement rules, which also affect sales between quarters and years.
