How does Dustin keep you moving?
Things are always evolving at Dustin and no two days are ever the same, which keeps things exciting and continuously pushes me to grow. This dynamic environment challenges me to adapt, problem-solve and find new ways to improve. With supportive colleagues and a culture that encourages learning, I’m always developing both professionally and personally.

What do you like best about your job?
I really enjoy collaborating with my team and colleagues, and seeing those around me grow and develop. As a results-driven person, I find it rewarding to lead the Business Control team—balancing quick ad hoc analyses with overseeing longer-term processes. Being a social person, I also love my role a business partner and the ability to work closely with different teams to drive success across the business.

How does Dustin keep you moving?
I really feel that no two days are the same here, which makes for exciting work! A lot of new initiatives are being created and launched, and as the Contract Management team, we have the great opportunity to be involved in many of them. I also feel like Dustin has a true culture of being pioneers and we get to see and live that every day. That really keeps me moving. Also as a fairly new manager, I am being granted a lot of space and opportunities to take ownership and responsibility in a very trusted environment. That really gets me motivated to keep on developing.

You should choose to work for Dustin if you want to be continuously challenged and also challenge others in a supportive and driven way.

What do you like best about your job?
What stands out for me is being able to work with such a superb team. I am impressed by everyone’s adaptability and drive to provide the best possible legal and contractual advice. I also really like getting to know the business in all the Dustin countries, especially since contract management is international by nature.
