How does Dustin keep you moving?
I have been part of a journey in Benelux with several acquisitions, and I used to work in Centralpoint which became Dustin in 2021. I have moved along with all the changes in different functions and different departments.
One of the main things that keeps me moving, is our customers and how Dustin is continuously developing to support them. I have previously been working with our products, solutions and services, and now I am working in a function where I can enable colleagues to bring quality and skills to our customers.
Why do you think someone should choose to work at Dustin?
Our colleagues! In whatever location or country you start, there are so many talented and knowledgeable people which you can learn from every day. And let's not forget all the personal development possibilities we offer. We have a great learning experience platform where you can keep developing yourself anytime and anywhere.
What do you like best about your job?
The guidance I can give in our continuous changing environment and how we can develop learnings together. This can be in the form of physical trainings or creating digital e-learnings. With more complex topics I can go all out making use of our studio and other tools to make it as easy as possible and fun to learn. It is very rewarding to experience everyone’s engagement by getting reviews and feedback on the learnings.
