SMB (Small and Medium-sized Businesses)

We define the SMB segment as small and medium-sized businesses with up to 500 employees. This is our main target group and the focus for the development of our customer offering. We have a complete offering of products, services and solutions with related support.

Sales to SMBs are characterised by a large number of transactions with a low average order value. The companies buy new products when something breaks and needs replacing or when they are expanding and employing new staff. Most customers use our online platform, as this is both simple and easy. For larger orders and when purchasing services and solutions, the dialogue is conducted with an account manager.

Our typical SMB customers are small to medium-sized companies with 1–49 employees. They have no or limited personnel resources for IT. Most purchasing comprises core products, such as computers, telephones, cables and accessories. At the same time, there is an increase in purchases of standardised services and solutions.
