How does Dustin keep you moving?
The role as project manager within Dustin is very diverse. Every project is new, every customer is different, and the variety of services and tasks within a project are numerous. This means that you learn something new almost every day. It never gets boring. I can completely rely on my colleagues and our delivery organisation, which means that I can focus on the customers and on exceptions. This makes every project new, interesting, and fun to do.

Why do you think someone should choose to work at Dustin?
Dustin is a great employer and there is a huge diversity of functions. Dustin is an employee-oriented organisation, that invests in personal development and arranges for a good balance in work/private life. Colleagues are very collaborative and always willing to help.

What do you like best about your job?
I enjoy working with very different people. I work closely with many different colleagues within my own team (project management, project support, project planning) as well as other teams in the organisation (logistics, technical services, finance, order desk and sales). As a project manager you are like a spider in the web pulling and adjusting the threads. This means I also cooperate with people at all levels within the client organisation. I particularly like the bigger projects where we roll out a large volume of different hardware types.

How does Dustin keep you moving?
Ever since I started at Dustin, I have been in constant movement and it has been a fun ride. Dustin is truly a company in transformation, that is always striving to be better than yesterday. Because of that, I am also challenged to grow and develop myself to keep up, which I really enjoy.

Which type of person do you think would thrive working at Dustin?
A person that likes a positive ever-changing environment, where you really feel that your contribution is important and that you are part of a bigger team. If you are curious and take every opportunity to grow, the sky is the limit at Dustin.

What do you like best about your job?
The best thing about my job is when we help our customers with their IT challenges. When they see us as a trusted advisor and we create successful partnerships. But also my fantastic colleagues who make me laugh every day, and who are generous with their knowledge and always willing to collaborate to get the best results.

How does Dustin keep you moving?
Dustin provides me with a safe and secure environment where I thrive and can improve myself. When I started at Dustin, I had limited experience but quickly learned through good training. We have good communication throughout the company and good teambuilding moments.

Which type of person do you think would thrive working at Dustin?
I enjoy working with people who are driven to succeed, but not at the expense of others. At Dustin we pick each other up, so we can keep the team moving.

What do you like best about your job?
I really like the competition and teamwork that we have, and I appreciate the very informal communication between employees and leaders.
