How does Dustin keep you moving?
The role as project manager within Dustin is very diverse. Every project is new, every customer is different, and the variety of services and tasks within a project are numerous. This means that you learn something new almost every day. It never gets boring. I can completely rely on my colleagues and our delivery organisation, which means that I can focus on the customers and on exceptions. This makes every project new, interesting, and fun to do.

Why do you think someone should choose to work at Dustin?
Dustin is a great employer and there is a huge diversity of functions. Dustin is an employee-oriented organisation, that invests in personal development and arranges for a good balance in work/private life. Colleagues are very collaborative and always willing to help.

What do you like best about your job?
I enjoy working with very different people. I work closely with many different colleagues within my own team (project management, project support, project planning) as well as other teams in the organisation (logistics, technical services, finance, order desk and sales). As a project manager you are like a spider in the web pulling and adjusting the threads. This means I also cooperate with people at all levels within the client organisation. I particularly like the bigger projects where we roll out a large volume of different hardware types.

How does Dustin keep you moving?
Simply by being Dustin. As an IT partner, we always need to keep ourselves moving. We need to keep up with what is happening – both in the IT industry, but also internally. We are a company in constant movement, and we are always thinking of how we can improve and do things better and more efficient for our customers and for ourselves. I think it is part of our DNA, that we are always striving to improve.

Why do you think someone should choose to work at Dustin?
Because we are a big company with a lot of people and knowledge. This means we can do a lot of things and we can really make an impact for our customers. In many cases, you have the chance to work with the things you enjoy the most, because we believe this will also give our customers the best quality and experience. Everyone have the opportunity to develop themselves, so we make sure we are always on top of things and know what is new in the market.

What do you like best about your job?
I really enjoy making sure, that the engineers I am leading are happy and like what they are doing. This means, that they work with the correct projects and customers, so they can do the things they want to and are good at. It just makes it even better, when our customers are also happy and like working with us. It is really rewarding for me to find the right match between our customers and employees, where we can think strategically with them on where they want to be, so we make sure to go there together.

How does Dustin keep you moving? 
I started as an apprentice in 2019 and through good colleagues and a lot of training, I developed into a consultant when I finished my exams in March 2021. I feel like Dustin provides me with a safe work environment where I can continue to improve myself at a decent rate and still thrive.

Why do you think someone should choose to work at Dustin?
From a technical perspective, Dustin offers great opportunities to develop yourself, so it is perfect for anyone who wants to improve their technical skills within areas with high demand. You also have great colleagues, and everything is about teamwork. We ALWAYS help to keep each other moving and to learn new tech.

What do you like best about your job?
100% my colleagues and the main service that I am delivering which is Modern Workplace (Intune).

How does Dustin keep you moving?
Since I started at Dustin as a 1st line Technician, I have had six different roles. I have had some great managers who have given me the opportunity to grow and who have continued to challenge me in new ways. I have always been doing my best and been willing to do a little extra, and that has paid off with the trust to take on more responsibility in new roles.

Why do you think someone should choose to work at Dustin?
Because of the many opportunities to grow and develop. Dustin is a great place to start your career – especially if you want to work as an IT technician. If you are ambitious, want to move forward and have a great attitude, then there are a lot of different opportunities for you to grow internally. I always encourage my team to grow and develop.

What do you like best about your job within Managed Services?
I have liked different things about my different roles in Managed Services. In 1st line you have endless opportunities to learn and work with different things, while making sure that the customers are happy. In 2nd line, you get challenged by working with more technical things. In my roles as team leader and now as a manager, I really love how I can help people develop. I like to have the overview of the team and how we can collaborate with other people and departments to manage our customers in the best way.
