Our 2029/30 targets

Our targets are designed to redefine the impact of our business, how we behave and how we act. To find new radical ideas, innovations and solutions we promise to collaborate with those around us, work together and bring in different perspectives. An action to enable responsible and circular IT solutions in a collaborative and transparent manner. Making an impact at scale. A commitment to keep things moving. By 2029/30 we shall:

  • Reduce Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 50% and Scope 3 emissions by 51.6% per unit of value added* (baseline 2023/24)
  • Increase revenue per kilo of virgin material by 20%, driven by reuse, refurbishment and lifecycle services (baseline 2023/24)
  • Complete 100 actions contributing to lasting social impact by 2029/30 (baseline 2019/20)

*Per unit of value added = CO2e / (EBITDA + personnel cost)

We also aim to reach net-zero emissions across our value chain by 2049/50, in line with the long-term ambition validated by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi).

Climate

Example of initiative: Climate neutral transportation

During recent years there have been developments towards replacing fossil fuels with electricity and bio fuels in transportation. We will be pro-active in this transition by supporting development and creating compliance. One initiative will be to work closely with our transportation partners - to urge climate neutral transportation to customers.

Circularity

Example of initiative: From products to products as services

We have discovered that our customers' IT needs are better met with a service than only a product. So instead of "just" selling a computer, we will do more. We will make sure it arrives with the right software and settings. So that the users learn how to get the most out of their work tools. It also means we can give the user exactly the right products at any given moment and take back what is not used. This circularity makes it possible for us to take responsibility for reusing and recycling the hardware. Which reduces waste over the lifecycle of the product.

Social impact

Example of initiative: Gender Pay Gap

A clear way to show what we believe in is to ensure equal pay for comparable work. Since each individual is equally important, we have to treat everyone equally. And pay everyone the same salary for the same job. Of any gender. One initiative will be to analyse employee salaries and positions to evaluate any pay gap. And takes action if there are clear differences which are solely based on gender.
