How does Dustin keep you moving?
Dustin keeps me moving by offering growth opportunities and enabling me to leave my mark on my work. I joined Dustin around the time we launched the services I now sell. This allowed me to shape and refine these services, ensuring they provide the utmost value to our customers.
Why do you think someone should choose to work at Dustin?
When someone joins Dustin, they join a great team. Dustin is really one big team where everybody tries their best to help each other out. I work with projects that involve a lot of different people across different teams in different countries, and everywhere I go, I get the help and support I need. Besides that, everyone has the chance to shape the way we are working at Dustin and the exciting journey we are on.
What do you like best about your job?
Dustin offers many services that provide great value to our customers. And I enjoy being able to inspire and advise customers on these services and how to best implement them, creating the most value possible for them. I also love working with circular IT services, which can reduce the negative impact on the environment while supporting our customers on their sustainability journeys.

How does Dustin keep you moving?
I started at Centralpoint, which became part of Dustin in 2021. Since I started, I have been part of a constant movement with the integration to Dustin. A lot of changes within the company have made it a fun ride. Dustin is always striving to be a little better than yesterday.
Why do you think someone should choose to work at Dustin?
Dustin motivates you to become the best version of yourself and keeps you growing as a person. Because without personal growth the company cannot grow within Europe.
What do you like best about your job?
The best thing about my job is to help our educational customers with their IT challenges. We help them not only with hardware but also the solution of how to use the hardware within the classroom. Next to that I really enjoy working with the colleagues within my team. We laugh a lot, and we collaborate to make each other better every day.

The only constant is change, and for me development starts with the drive to improve myself. I’m a competitive person who is motivated by moving forward, and at Dustin I’ve had leaders who have encouraged and supported me in that journey. What do you like best about your job within Relation Sales?
It’s much more than “just” sales. I love building strong customer relationships based on partnership, where Dustin is a trusted IT advisor. Combining business results with long-term collaboration and working with great people is what makes the role truly rewarding.
